69系列方滑枕鏜銑頭
落地鏜銑床，主要適應(yīng)于單件小批量生產(chǎn)性質(zhì)的冶金、礦山、通用機(jī)械的大型機(jī)架和箱體的加工，如鏜孔、鉆擴(kuò)孔、刮平面及用銑刀進(jìn)行銑削加工。機(jī)床的主要部分——主軸和方滑枕。主軸有方滑枕的支持，增強(qiáng)了銑削時(shí)的剛性，適應(yīng)于大型零件的強(qiáng)力銑削，方滑枕的伸出提高了接近工件加工面的性能，同時(shí)也對(duì)鏜軸起支承作用，增強(qiáng)了鏜削時(shí)的剛性，在方滑枕的端部，適合安裝多種加工附件來(lái)進(jìn)行平面和垂直的銑削、鏜孔、鉆孔等加工，能夠進(jìn)一步擴(kuò)大機(jī)床的使用范圍。
Floor type boring and milling machine is mainly used for machining such as boring bole & enlarge hole,milling surface or the others milling work with milling tol for the big frme and case that are small lot required by metallurgical machinery,mining machinery and the others general machinery.This machine"s core parts are main spindle and square ram.The main spindle is supported by square ram to get more stronger rigidity when milling.so it can realise strong milling to big scale parts.The extended square ram not only make tool more approach to the parts machined surface,but can support boring rod to enhance its rigidity.The end of ram can be casily installed variety tool for machining of plane or vertining of plane or verical milling,boring,which can more enlarge machine"s working slope.
